Quality Control

Quality control is practiced throughout Kwang Hwa production line. This is not only to ensure the quality of our end-products but also for maximal economic efficiency. Raw tape products are consistently checked on their size and quality during manufacturing. Bulk products are matched with the approved sample after dyeing. Yarn dye products are also inspected, while tipping-end products are checked on the drawstring and tip-end quality. Kwang Hwa also conduct in-house testing on all our product’s washability. All these steps are carefully taken to ensure that all our goods are delivered to our customers in a satisfactory condition. Other than that, Kwang Hwa fulfil the certification of Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 yearly and also conduct lab test reports as per required by customers to provide utmost confidence on our product quality.
